What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, hospital or company name, country, city, equipment of interest, and your message. We also automatically record the IP address, country (derived from IP), user-agent string, and the page from which the inquiry was submitted, for spam-prevention and quality-assurance purposes. We do not publish a phone number on this site. The number you enter is used so our team can contact you about your inquiry.

How we use it

Your inquiry information is used solely to review your request and contact you (typically by phone, WhatsApp, or email) with availability and a quote. It may be referenced in subsequent project communications and is retained in our internal portal so we can maintain a record of the relationship.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained for as long as the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and tax compliance. You can request deletion of your data at any time by sending a request through the inquiry form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only with:

• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for the technical operation of the site and inquiry portal.
• Our email delivery provider (Resend) for transmission of inquiry confirmations and notifications.
• Local importer or logistics partners in your country, when fulfilling a project requires it — and only the information necessary for that fulfillment.
• Authorities if required by applicable law.

Cookies

The public site does not use tracking cookies. The internal admin portal uses Cloudflare Access cookies for authentication.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, or object to processing — by sending a request through the inquiry form. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
