Service
Cleanroom Equipment & Controlled-Environment Supply
Air showers, laminar airflow units, biological safety cabinets, and cleanroom furniture — sourced to your specified classification and delivered into Pakistan, Sudan, and East Africa.
Supply
Not construction
ASQ supplies the equipment package. Cleanroom construction, validation, and certification are handled by your contractor and validation consultant.
Maker docs
Documentation
Test certificates and manuals are supplied as issued by the manufacturer. ASQ does not issue its own classification certification.
Export-ready
Markets
Delivered into Pakistan and ASQ's established export markets, including Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
What this service is
Controlled environments sit behind a large part of what a hospital actually does — compounding sterile preparations, processing instruments for reuse, handling specimens, and running diagnostic laboratory work. ASQ Consultancy sources and supplies the equipment those environments depend on: air showers, laminar airflow (LAF) units, biological safety cabinets, pass boxes, cleanroom furniture, and associated filtration components.
Our role here is sourcing and supply rather than construction. We work with manufacturers and established supply channels to obtain equipment that matches the classification your facility's design specifies, and we coordinate delivery, customs clearance, and installation support into the markets we serve. Where a project needs a full cleanroom build, we supply the equipment package alongside your appointed contractor or design consultant rather than acting as the principal contractor ourselves.
Because the required specification is set by the intended application — a sterile compounding suite, a microbiology laboratory, and a sterile services department are not interchangeable — we begin every cleanroom inquiry with the use case and the classification your project has been designed to, then quote equipment against that. We do not recommend a classification for you; that is properly the responsibility of your validation consultant or design engineer.

How we deliver
The process
Application first
We start with what the space is for — sterile compounding, microbiology, sterile services, or specimen handling — because the equipment specification follows the application, not the other way round.
Specification match
You supply the classification your design or validation consultant has specified. We source equipment rated to it. We do not set the classification for you.
Sourcing & quote
We check manufacturer and supply-channel availability for the units and sizes required, and quote against the actual equipment offered, with maker documentation.
Delivery & installation support
Freight, customs clearance, and delivery into your market, with installation coordinated alongside your appointed contractor or project engineer.

Common questions
FAQ
Does ASQ build and certify cleanrooms?
No. We supply the equipment — air showers, LAF units, safety cabinets, pass boxes, and furniture. Construction, commissioning, validation, and classification certification are carried out by your appointed contractor and validation consultant. We supply alongside them.
Can you supply into Sudan?
Yes. Sudan is one of ASQ's established export markets and we coordinate freight, documentation, and customs clearance into it. Lead times depend on the equipment and current routing — we confirm both at quotation.
What classification do I need?
That depends on your application and is properly determined by your validation consultant or design engineer, not by your equipment supplier. Tell us the classification your project has been designed to and we will source equipment rated to it.
Is the equipment new or refurbished?
Both are available depending on the item and what is in the supply channel at the time. We state which you are being quoted, and for refurbished units we supply the condition detail before you commit.
Can you quote a full package for a new laboratory?
Yes — send the equipment schedule from your design drawings and we will quote the package. If you do not yet have a schedule, we can quote against a described use case, but the design consultant's schedule takes precedence.
Ready to scope a Cleanroom Equipment engagement?
Tell us your facility, scope, and timeline. We respond within 24 hours with a tailored proposal — including pricing structure and bundled service options.
