What kinds of equipment do you accept on trade-in?

Endoscopy towers, surgical microscopes, imaging systems, anaesthesia machines, patient monitors, OR furniture, and orthopaedic instrument sets are most common.

What about non-functional equipment?

Sometimes acceptable — depending on whether the unit is parts-recoverable. We'll state in the quote whether non-functional units have trade-in value.

How is trade-in value calculated?

Equipment age, condition grade, market demand, and accessory completeness drive the value. We share the breakdown so the number isn't a black box.

Do you handle data sanitisation?

Yes. Equipment that stored patient data is sanitised per applicable regulations before resale or disposal.
