No. We service equipment regardless of supplier. We frequently take over service on legacy fleets that the original supplier no longer supports.
What's covered under 'preventive' vs. 'corrective'?
Preventive: scheduled visits with checklist. Corrective: response to faults and failures between PM visits. Most contracts include both at different inclusion levels.
Can we mix tiers across our fleet?
Yes. ICU and OR equipment typically gets comprehensive coverage; lower-criticality fleet often runs PM-only with break-fix on top. We propose tier mix in scoping.
What about parts coverage?
Parts coverage is a contract option. Parts-included is common for high-cost-consumable equipment (imaging tubes, MR coils, ESU electrodes) and rarer for lower-consumable categories.
