What this service is

Even the most advanced medical equipment delivers suboptimal results if operators are not properly trained. ASQ Consultancy provides structured training programs for clinical staff, biomedical technicians, and department managers to ensure every team member understands how to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the equipment in their care.

Our training is practical and hands-on, delivered at your facility using your own equipment. Sessions cover equipment operation, safety protocols, basic troubleshooting, cleaning and reprocessing procedures, and common error resolution. For biomedical teams, we offer advanced technical training covering preventive maintenance procedures, calibration techniques, and parts-level service.

Training is available at the time of equipment installation and can be scheduled separately for new staff onboarding, refresher courses, or when equipment software is updated. We provide training documentation and quick-reference guides that staff can use as ongoing resources.

Common questions

FAQ

Do you train on equipment we didn't buy from you?

Yes. Our training scope is equipment-agnostic; we'll train on Olympus, Stryker, Karl Storz, GE, Mindray, Drager, etc. regardless of who supplied the unit.

How long does a typical session run?

Operator sessions: 2–4 hours. Biomedical-team sessions: half-day to full-day. Tailored to equipment complexity and your team's prior exposure.

Can you provide trainer-of-trainers programmes?

Yes. For larger fleets we run trainer-of-trainers cohorts so an internal team can deliver onboarding training going forward.

Is training documentation provided?

Yes. Per-equipment quick-reference guides, error-code lookup tables, and cleaning/reprocessing checklists are produced and left with your team.
