Documented acceptance

Every install produces measured-value acceptance documentation, not just sign-off.

IEC 60601-1

Electrical safety verified

Earth leakage, ground continuity, dielectric strength tested on the unit at the wall outlet.

Day-1

Operator readiness

Initial operator orientation included in every installation — your team isn't on its own day one.

What this service is

Proper installation is critical to the performance, safety, and longevity of medical equipment. ASQ Consultancy provides end-to-end installation and commissioning services performed by qualified biomedical engineers and manufacturer-trained technicians. We handle everything from site preparation and utility verification to physical installation, software configuration, calibration, and final acceptance testing.

Our commissioning process follows manufacturer protocols and international standards to ensure every piece of equipment meets its published specifications before handover. We document the entire process, including calibration certificates, safety test results, and operational parameters, so your facility has a complete audit trail from day one.

For complex installations such as MRI systems, CT scanners, catheterization labs, and OR integration projects, we coordinate with architects, contractors, and facility management teams to ensure seamless delivery and minimal disruption to ongoing clinical operations.

What's included

  • Manufacturer-protocol installation by certified biomedical engineers
  • Pre-installation site surveys and utility readiness assessments
  • Full calibration and performance verification to OEM specifications

How we deliver

The process

01

Site survey

Pre-installation visit checks utility readiness, room dimensions, gas drops, network access, and shielding where applicable.

02

Physical install

Equipment positioned, mounted, connected, and powered up per OEM protocol.

03

Calibration

Output, flow, pressure, image fidelity, and electrical safety measured against OEM specification with calibrated test equipment.

04

Acceptance & handover

Documented acceptance test, calibration certificate, electrical-safety certificate, and operator orientation. Signed handover with your biomedical team.

Common questions

FAQ

Do you install equipment we didn't supply?

Yes. Our installation team handles equipment regardless of supplier when the project requires it. Common case: hospital sourced direct from OEM but needs Pakistan-side install support.

What does the calibration certificate include?

Per-parameter measured values, the OEM target spec, the test equipment ID and last calibration date, technician name, and pass/fail.

Can you coordinate gas, power, and network readiness?

Yes. Pre-install site survey identifies utility gaps and we coordinate with your facilities team or contractor through to readiness.

Is training included with installation?

Initial operator orientation is included. Structured operator training and biomedical-team training are scoped separately under the Training service.
