Downloads
Sample documentation, process overviews, and reference materials. Most documents are project-specific and provided on request — send an inquiry for the materials relevant to your procurement.
Why we don't put everything behind a download wall
The most useful documentation for procurement decisions is unit-specific: the actual refurbishment certificate for the unit you're buying, the calibration values measured against specification, the electrical safety result for that serial number. Generic PDFs don't help when you're committing capital to a specific piece of equipment. The samples below show what our documentation looks like; we share unit-specific records as part of the active procurement conversation.
For broader reference materials, see our articles & guides, FAQ, and the 8-step refurbishment process page — none of those need a download.
