Airway Management
The paediatric Macintosh set, supplied with three curved blades in sizes 0 to 2 for infant and child intubation. The slim handle carries an on/off switch and an integrated fibre optic light source with a removable light conductor, delivering cool light down the blade without heating the tip — the constraint that matters most in a small airway. Blades are mirror-polished stainless steel and accept standard fibre optic fittings. Powered by two AA cells, giving a narrower grip than the adult C-cell handle. Cleanable and disinfectable with Cidex solution or plasma sterilisation. Supplied in a zippered hard case with a moulded blade tray.
